Q. Will my item have a warranty?
A. Sure will! All items are thoroughly tested before despatch and include a minimum 30 day return to base warranty. If you would like to know the exact warranty period for one of our products, please get in touch.
Q. What do your terms 'new', 'new open boxed' and 'refurbished' actually mean?
A. New means the item is boxed in its original packaging and has either been returned to the manufacturer unsold or returned out of date.

New Open Box means the item is still in its original packaging, however the box has been opened at some point (documentation may or may not be present).

Refurbished means that the item has previously been used and may show cosmetic blemishes or signs of use.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS payments and cheques (subject to clearance). For regular customers, credit accounts are available - please contact us for an application form.
Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Our shipping rates start from as little as £11 plus VAT. We offer a standard overnight service, same day service for when you need things urgently or worldwide service if you are based overseas. All items are well packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you need to know an exact delivery price before ordering, please contact us.
Q. I'm looking for a part which isn't listed on your site, can you help?
A. We certainly can! We love a challenge and in the 20 plus years we've been trading, we've accrued an enviable list of contacts around the world. Put us to the test and see what we can do. Out of stock parts can generally be sourced within 3-4 days. If the item you are looking for is listed in our stock list, the part is in stock and ready for despatch - not many of our competitors can claim the same!
Q. Will the product I buy be free from any previous owner data?
A. Absolutely, all our products are cleaned of any previous owner data and returned to the factory default settings before despatch.
Q. Can you help us conform with WEEE requirements?
A. Yes we can, please contact us with details of the electrical equipment you need to dispose of and we'll provide you with a proposal.
